Ricky Castaneda
Union County Committee - Elizabeth Ward 3 District 6
Ricky is a lifelong resident of Elizabeth and a child of Ecuadorian immigrants. Ricky earned his Political Science and Sociology degree from Rutgers University - Newark. From the front steps of the Paul Robeson Campus Center to the streets of Elizabeth, Ricky has experience organizing around critical social issues. Ricky is currently with Elizabeth Parent and Students Care, an advocacy group mobilizing parents, teachers, and students to speak out on issues that affect the surrounding community.​

Our neighbors should know who to talk to if any issue in the neighborhood arrises. Our neighbors deserve a county committee member that is reliable and active in the community. "
